Guidelines for authors

Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. Authors are asked to prepare their papers, and PDF files, according to the templates and guidelines provided below – and any specific instructions provided by your conference organiser.

How to submit your paper

• Conferences using Editorial Manager™: if your conference is using this service, details and the submission link will be on your conference web site. By arrangement, JPCS provides access to a dedicated conference submission and peer review system via Editorial Manager™.
• Direct to organiser: if your conference is not using Editorial Manager™ please submit your paper direct to your conference organiser using the instructions on your conference web site.

What you will need to supply

You will need to supply the following items:

• the PDF file of your paper
• any multimedia files you wish to publish online
